池袋に突然出現したジプシースウィング専門のライブ・バーでの初ライブから全編をお聴き頂けます。
このライブは、お店の広さとバンド編成にピッタリだと考え、無指向性コンデンサマイク一本という音響装置で行いました。新しく仕入れた安物のボイスレコーダを最前列に置いて録音しましたので、かなり歪みがありますが、一本マイクでのライブのバランスの良さをお聴きいただけると思います。
イエロー・ジャンゴ・リバイバルはジャンゴ・ラインハルトやステファン・グラッペリの音楽、あるいはジプシー・スイングやジャズ・マヌーシュと呼ばれるジャンルを元にオリジナルなジャズ演奏をするバンドです。

I've enjoyed your music - the violinist is excellent and has heard with attention Stephane Grappelli - you are playing Django's music in the right way with the heart and it sounds the right way I mean you improvise and do not only repeat what you have heard - you make phrases I hope you will enjoy playing Django's tunes a very long time. I've already been playing the guitar in django-style for 25 years and will keep to enjoy it.
